Shipping Policy Overview
YAM-a-grams typically arrive between 4-7 business days after your order is placed, but we don't make guarantees.Â
We ship most orders within 1–2 business days. After we ship, delivery time depends on your location and chosen USPS shipping method (Ground Advantage: 3–5 days, Priority: 1–3 days). You'll get tracking info as soon as it ships. We don’t guarantee exact delivery dates, but we’re happy to help if you have a deadline—just reach out before ordering.
When Will My Order be Delivered?
Delivery time is our processing time (typically 1-2 business days) plus shipping time (2-5 days depending on your selected shipping method and location). So most orders will be delivered in 4-7 business days after you place your order, but we make no guarantees. Remember business days DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.Â

We currently offer two shipping options. USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days) and USPS Priority (1-3 business days). These delivery times are based on location (shipping zone) and are an estimate, not a guarantee. Â
Where Is My Order Confirmation?
Your order confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Contact our support team and we’ll resend it.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account to view real-time tracking updates.
Do You Guaranteed Delivery Times?
Sorry, but no. Shipping services are wildly unpredictable, and we're small potatoes in the world of e-commerce. Which means, we're at the whim of our shipping partners. But we do promise to get your YAM-a-gram in the hands of those shipping partners as quickly as humanly possible. The key word there being "human."
Can My Order Be Delivered On an Exact Date
We can't guarantee exact delivery dates, but if you're working with a deadline, reach out before ordering—we’ll do everything we can to help meet your timing needs.
Where Do You Ship From?
All orders ship from our fulfillment center located in Minneapolis, MN.
Can I Change The Shipping Address?
That depends. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help update the address. Contact us ASAP with your order number and the correct address. Once it's shipped, changes are no longer possible.
What Type Of Package Will My Order Arrive In?
Orders are packed securely in an eco-friendly mailer (free of charge), or a branded mailer which is available at an additional cost.
Is My Return Address On The Package That Is Going To My Recipient?
No, but we do include a discreet return address for delivery compliance. The return address shown is our fulfillment address, not your address.
Do You Ship to APO/FPO/DPO and US Territories?
Yes, we do! But these shipments may take a bit longer to arrive so please plan accordingly.
Do you ship internationally?
At the current time, we do not offer shipping to international addresses.
