We’re YAM-a-gram, a small, slightly oddball gift company based in the great city of Minneapolis, Minnesota—home of lakes, Prince, and now, yams with messages on them.

Bring more joy, more laughs, and more “what the heck?!” moments into the world.

 

Our Story

In an age of AI-generated everything and gifts that feel like they came straight from an algorithm’s cold, unfeeling heart, we wanted to do something different. Something weird. Something wonderfully human. So we started writing custom messages—by hand—on actual yams. Yes, really.

 

Every YAM-a-gram is:

• A real yam
• A real message
• Written by a real human
• Sent to surprise and delight a real person

 

Whether it’s a birthday, a breakup, a thank-you, or just a random Tuesday, we think there’s no situation in life that can’t be made a little better with a potato and a pun.
